Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the Email team responsible for building and maintaining core email infrastructure at massive scale.
  • •Work with product, design, and engineers to deliver new features based on customer feedback and scale the channel as volume grows.
  • •Recruit, coach, and develop engineers on the team.
  • •Guide key architectural decisions and, in high-leverage cases, write code to solve major engineering challenges.
  • •Own the team’s vision, goals, and processes while continuously improving engineering practices.
