Provide efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies. •Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions and proper handling of assigned monies.
•Deliver a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and complex/standardized transactions.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support sales activities by participating in client outreach via outbound calls and referring or fulfilling client needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; assist with new account openings and problem resolution.
