Visual Lead - Higuera St.

Own store performance by leading visual merchandising and executing day-to-day store operations. Partner with the Visual Manager and Operations team to manage shipment/receiving, product recovery and restock, floor set updates, and supply management. Plan and execute visual floor changes, maintain reporting and budget accountability, and use metrics to support store-driving strategies. Lead and develop retail associates through coaching, recruitment, and ongoing performance feedback.
