Key Responsibilities

•Develop delivery capability across the assigned partner portfolio and ensure partner readiness for Okta deployments.
•Guide partners through the Service Delivery Partner maturity model and identify specialization gaps with recommended enablement paths.
•Identify partner capabilities and deployment complexity to optimize co-delivery and involve sales in appropriate engagements.
•Track ecosystem capability trends and geographic coverage to inform enablement and recruitment strategies.
•Serve as delivery advisor for sales teams, recommending partners based on capability and deployment complexity and ensuring high-quality implementations.
