Key Responsibilities

  • •Track government regulations and statutory requirements, assess impact on operations, and keep management updated.
  • •Prepare and submit documents for licenses/permits, coordinate with government authorities to obtain them, and maintain/renew records.
  • •Liaise with government authorities and other bodies to resolve issues related to company licenses and registrations; follow up on non-conformities.
  • •Assist HR with employee issues requiring government authority intervention (e.g., Dubai Police, Dubai Courts, Dubai Immigration).
  • •Oversee Labour Camp operations, including accommodation allocation, legal/compliance coordination, inspections, and cleanliness, safety, and welfare standards.

Key Requirements

  • •UAE National.
  • •Diploma in public relations communications or related field, or at least high school.
  • •At least 7-10 years as PRO with previous experience with a Construction Company.
  • •Preferably knowledge of code of construction of UAE and good contacts in Government departments.
  • •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with electronic document management systems.
