Part-time Senior Manager, Literacy - NYC-area

Partner with charter schools across the New York City area to support, coach, and develop teachers and leaders. Lead and design professional learning focused on research-based K–8 literacy instruction, conduct classroom visits, and model effective observation and feedback. Help implement high-quality instructional materials aligned to state standards, build and maintain data systems, track contract goals, and produce data-driven reports that demonstrate impact on instructional quality and student achievement.
