Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide moderate-to-more complex analysis and reporting by sourcing, translating, and validating data into business intelligence insights that answer business problems.
  • •Collaborate with and lead conversations with business and technology partners to identify and understand analytic and business needs.
  • •Automate and standardize production reporting and make process improvement suggestions.
  • •Effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders with the right level of detail.
  • •Review junior staff work product and provide input, direction, and mentorship.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • •Intermediate/advanced query writing/coding with complex joins; Python or SQL preferred.
  • •Intermediate/advanced data visualization and analytical programming capabilities.
  • •Experience with process flow/project management, data warehouse/data supply chain navigation, and leveraging generative/agentic technologies for reporting automation while maintaining governance and regulatory compliance.
