Create and optimize short-form video content from long-form health data narratives for Terra’s platform. Work in a fast-moving team to drive engagement and shares across health/fitness audiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Transform long-form content into short-form pieces that can stand on their own and resonate with Terra’s health data audience.
•Edit for platform-specific grammar, pacing, and hooks to maximize shares and retention across LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
•Own the visual language (subtitles, framing, color, motion) and push for a distinct Terra identity in videos without waiting for a brand guide.
•Pitch concepts, storyboard ideas, and produce pieces from scratch when needed (brand films, visual essays, montages).
•Move quickly from idea to publish, measuring performance and refining approaches in hours rather than weeks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 50,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•A demonstrated portfolio of short-form video content that stopped people mid-scroll, with specific pieces and performance metrics to share.
•Proficiency with Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools, with the ability to turn raw footage into intentional-sounding and well-framed content.
•Strong understanding of health, fitness, and performance culture and the ability to speak to diverse health audiences (HRV, training, longevity, etc.).
•Ability to storyboard concepts, pitch ideas, and produce pieces from scratch (e.g., 60-second brand films, visual essays).
•Comfort with fast iteration, distribution-focused thinking, and influencing across social channels.
