Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating to the General Manager to address process or system gaps
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • •Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized store performance

Key Requirements

  • •Customer-centric environment with 1+ year experience in sales or operations
  • •Must be able to move up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) and stand/walk for an entire shift
  • •Must be able to work weekends/holidays and schedule 30+ hours per week (4–5 days)
  • •Able to move around all store areas and be on the sales floor as needed
  • •Able to collaborate with store teams to manage inventory, budgeting, expenses, and vendor relationships
