Lead the operational backbone behind payment products by building a scalable, 24/7 operating model for timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds. Partner across Product, Trading, Risk, Treasury, and Engineering to resolve discrepancies, improve reconciliation from manual to automated, and strengthen exchange/bank connectivity. You’ll assess risks across asset types, document finance operational flows, and support a global customer base including weekend and holiday activity.

•Collaborate with Product, Trading, Treasury, and external customers to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds
•Lead programs to identify and resolve discrepancies across internal partners and counterparties
•Transform reconciliation processes from manual to automated across a suite of products
•Support exchange and bank connectivity by integrating data into core operational processes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years in operations supporting payment services, trading, or middle office, with 2–4 years in a leadership capacity

•Comfort working in Google and Microsoft applications, ideally Excel and VBA
•Experience building and/or supporting connectivity with banks, exchanges, or crypto platforms
•Exposure to automation initiatives and SQL query creation for daily operations is preferred
