Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cloud and infrastructure strategy including target architecture, roadmaps, standards, and platform adoption.
  • •Own reliability and resilience covering availability, DR/BCP, capacity planning, performance, and SLOs/SLAs.
  • •Run secure-by-design operations with IAM, network segmentation, encryption, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
  • •Drive infrastructure automation using IaC (e.g., Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD, configuration management, and self-service tooling.
  • •Lead hybrid environment operations and service governance (incident/problem/change management, runbooks, observability, cost optimization) while coaching the team and managing stakeholders/vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong public cloud infrastructure setup and operations, primarily AWS, with exposure to Azure, GCP, and AliCloud.
  • •Strong experience leading cloud and infrastructure engineering in enterprise environments, including public cloud and hybrid setups.
  • •Hands-on infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) and CI/CD pipeline experience.
  • •Proven experience in AI and machine learning, preferably in banking or financial services, and experience designing/implementing an AI platform.
  • •Familiarity with AI platform/gateway tools such as Kong or Higress (or similar), plus strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving.
