Job Summary

Operate transfer and/or dump trucks safely and efficiently to deliver aggregates (including asphalt) to residential and commercial locations. Maintain accurate time and material records, follow verbal and written instructions, and use end dumps/belly dumps equipment, including pup trailers and tarping systems. Provide customer-centric service while understanding and following CRH safety policies, supporting internal needs such as asphalt paving when required.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely and efficiently operate transfer/dump trucks, including end dumps and/or belly dumps with and without pup trailers and tarping systems.
•Deliver aggregates (including asphalt) to residential and commercial locations, following CRH safety policies.
•Keep accurate time and material records.
•Follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively via the radio system.
•Perform required equipment handling tasks such as connecting/disconnecting the pup trailer and backing/maneuvering as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required, with 1–2 years related experience and/or training (or equivalent education and experience).
•Must possess a valid state CDL Class A with double/triple and air brake endorsements.
•Must possess a valid DOT Medical Card.
•Ability to operate end dumps and/or belly dumps (with and without pups) and related equipment safely and efficiently.
•Ability to communicate effectively using a two-way radio and follow verbal and written instructions.
