Senior Staff Software Engineer, Autonomous Pilot Integration – Expeditionary (R5193)

Own the long-term technical direction for Expeditionary autonomy across V-BAT and X-BAT, defining architecture and solving complex autonomy integration and interoperability challenges. Lead cross-engineering collaboration across autonomy, perception, GCS, and aircraft teams to deliver mission-ready software, payload integration, and multi-agent capabilities. Serve as a technical expert, drive engineering standards and architecture reviews, mentor senior engineers, and support deployments with travel to customer sites and flight tests.
