Job Summary

Evaluate candidates pursuing CNA certification by administering Prometric’s computerized and practical exam, observing clinical skills, and scoring results objectively. Build relationships with testing sites to ensure readiness, troubleshoot site issues, and manage the testing environment for smooth candidate flow. Serve as an as-needed/on-call traveling resource, traveling to event locations and maintaining required licensure, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide evaluation of candidate skills based on training provided by Prometric.
•Proctor computerized knowledge-based exams and observe and rate candidates during practical exams.
•Ensure test event delivery and security, including protecting exam content during computer-based testing.
•Prepare test sites by monitoring rosters and ensuring locations are correctly set up and cleaned up.
•Serve as an as-needed/on-call traveling resource to administer and evaluate exams at assigned event sites; communicate availability and resolve candidate issues.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
•One (1) year of experience in long-term care or experience caring for the chronically ill.
•Flexible schedule and availability to work 1–4 days per month (traveling/on-call/as needed).
•Intermediate to advanced technical skills and familiarity with computer programs and applications, including MS Office and Outlook.
•Must have a valid Driver’s License and vehicle to travel to test events.
