Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate account administration for fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts for complex client relationships.
  • •Coordinate resolution of client issues by informing clients of steps taken to resolve requests or problems.
  • •Develop and maintain working knowledge of governing documents and account agreements; oversee action plans for client servicing events and follow-up.
  • •Oversee service requests from clients/partners and communicate with service partners to facilitate service changes or transactions.
  • •Monitor key portfolio investment and risk metrics and coordinate client presentation materials; act as an expert on investment tools and systems.

Key Requirements

  • •A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
  • •Prior years’ experience in financial servicing or related experience/credentials.
  • •In-depth functional/industry knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardianship, and advisory services and products.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • •Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and technical skills/systems knowledge, with flexibility to adapt to change.
