Job Summary

Serve as a trusted financial wellness partner to individuals and businesses in the community by completing financial transactions and uncovering clients’ needs. Spend 70% of time on client servicing and transaction support, and 30% on deeper conversations and proactive calling to guide clients toward appropriate financial solutions. Collaborate with branch leadership and teammates to coordinate high-impact activities, support branch performance, and meet individual goals while following compliance and cash-handling procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and understanding the impact of your work.
•Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Serve as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities, provide customized recommendations, and transition clients appropriately to a Banker when needed.
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer within guidelines, and work Saturdays as directed by management.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED or equivalent business experience.
•Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Experience in cash handling.
•General understanding of PC use with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
