Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with business goals, product roadmaps, and ARR growth objectives.
  • •Lead development of enterprise SaaS platforms using .NET Core, C#, React JS, Python, Kubernetes/GKE, and data technologies (e.g., Redis, NATS, Neo4j, PostgreSQL, time-series databases, data lakes).
  • •Drive evolution of Honeywell Forge Connectivity Platform by simplifying and automating building onboarding and reducing deployment friction.
  • •Lead adoption of agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph) and digital twin technologies (NVIDIA Omniverse) for autonomous building operations and intelligent agent workflows.
  • •Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering leaders and global engineering teams while partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • •12+ years of software engineering and product development experience.
  • •6+ years of engineering leadership experience managing managers and large global teams.
  • •Proven experience leading cloud-native SaaS platforms and enterprise software products.
