Key Responsibilities

•Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple geographies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance using SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors
•Define and implement payroll controls, reconciliation checks, and standard operating procedures to ensure audit readiness and reduce manual effort
•Coordinate data gathering from attendance, leave, incentives, and statutory inputs to maintain data integrity for payroll outputs
•Manage payroll runs, simulations, final settlements, banking processes, and reconciliations across regions, ensuring timely execution
•Develop and maintain payroll documentation, governance, and automation initiatives, including dashboards and reporting for senior leadership

Key Requirements

•12+ years of progressive payroll management experience, with 4–6 years hands-on SAP S/4HANA payroll experience within the MENA region
•Experience managing end-to-end, multi-country payroll operations (UAE and GCC mandatory; India exposure preferred)
•Proven track record in payroll transformation initiatives, standardization, automation, and control strengthening
•Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination with HRBP, Finance, GR, and external partners
•Certifications in payroll, finance, or HR (e.g., CPP, CIPD, SHRM, ACCA, CPA) are a plus
