Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deploy, and maintain GCP infrastructure (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Cloud Interconnect) following well-architected principles.
  • •Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform or similar IaC tooling with version-controlled deployments.
  • •Implement security and compliance controls including IAM best practices, VPC Service Controls, and Security Command Center policies; partner on audits and hardening.
  • •Monitor performance, availability, and spend across GCP environments and recommend/implement cost and optimization improvements.
  • •Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and configuration issues; maintain architecture diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures while collaborating with IT, security, and engineering teams.

Salary: USD 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles with hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience.
  • •Strong GCP architecture knowledge including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Interconnect.
  • •Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform, for automated, version-controlled deployments.
  • •Scripting ability in Python or Bash (or similar) to support automation and operations.
  • •Experience with Kubernetes (GKE or otherwise) and cloud networking fundamentals (VPC design, VPNs, peering, DNS, load balancing, firewall policy).
