Intermediate Instructional Systems Designer (ISD)

Design, develop, and evaluate training and performance support solutions for Department of Defense customers. Apply the ADDIE model to create instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced eLearning curricula, learning objectives, storyboards, assessments, and evaluation metrics. Partner with SMEs and program managers to validate instructional approaches, create interactive multimedia content, and ensure deliverables meet DoD standards, including SCORM compliance and Section 508 accessibility. Conduct formative and summative evaluations and support CDRL deliverables.
