Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert guidance to external partners on applying the technology and address their technical questions.
  • •Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions to optimize platform performance for customer goals.
  • •Act as the bridge between external experimental teams and internal technical teams to align objectives and deliverables.
  • •Produce regular technical reports and updates on experimental progress, status, and challenges for stakeholders.
  • •Translate platform-driven recommendations into clear, executable experimental plans for lab partners and coordinate on-site visits as needed.
