Job Summary

Bridge between external partners and internal teams to enable adoption of our AI-driven materials discovery platform. Provide expert guidance, training, and technical support to customers, drive successful experiments, and contribute to product development through insights and documented results.

Job Function: Research & Scientific (R&D)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide expert guidance to external partners on applying the technology and address their technical questions.
•Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions to optimize platform performance for customer goals.
•Act as the bridge between external experimental teams and internal technical teams to align objectives and deliverables.
•Produce regular technical reports and updates on experimental progress, status, and challenges for stakeholders.
•Translate platform-driven recommendations into clear, executable experimental plans for lab partners and coordinate on-site visits as needed.
