Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in person and over the phone to listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and related deposit/lending products, including consumer checking, small business accounts, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations consistently.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation; support branch operations and transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience (required); Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year developing and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on Key digital platforms.
