Job Summary

Lead end-to-end transformation of the claims function by defining and championing a clear claims product vision aligned to business strategy. Partner with Product and delivery teams to shape roadmaps, priorities, success metrics, and business cases, while managing resources, budget, and delivery governance (e.g., ABR/QP). Drive digital self-serve and harmonized platforms to improve customer and employee experience, and report benefits to Group supported by Data and Product.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and champion the claims transformation vision, priorities, and alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
•Partner with Product Managers to shape product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and solutions.
•Define product objectives and success metrics with senior stakeholders, including setting annual and quarterly priorities and aligning the product backlog.
•Manage transformation resources, budget, prioritisation, and develop business cases and value propositions.
•Coordinate delivery and governance with Product and IT teams (including feasibility, trade-off decisions, releases, and benefits tracking/reporting).

Key Requirements

•5-10 years’ experience in business or IT transformation within financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
•Demonstrated experience in senior business roles delivering complex transformation programs.
•Strong cross-functional expertise across Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Experience.
•Strong understanding of business case development and stakeholder alignment.
•Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and able to translate business strategy into business targets.
