Job Summary

Maintain and repair pump, power and HVAC equipment at our Hurricane, UT Advanced Solutions facility. You’ll manage work orders, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot failures on-site and at the shop, and collaborate with teammates while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced rental operation.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Use the company tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; diagnose issues using data from hundreds of makes and models.
•Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil-free air compressors.
•Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and at customer locations, and handle repairs.
•Work individually or with another technician to set up and operate equipment at the shop and at customer sites.
•Assist in the training of lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

•Must own tools applicable to position.
•Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
•Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
•Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematics.
•EPA 608 certification is preferred. If you do not already have the certification, you should be able to obtain it within 6-12 months of employment.
