Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business decision-makers to understand BI requirements, define KPIs and metrics, and shape department reporting needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in an analytics-focused program (Business Analytics) with 3+ years relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience.
  • •Advanced SQL skills and 3+ years managing large datasets and running complex queries using CTEs, window, and recursive functions.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Tableau.
  • •2+ years analyzing SaaS product metrics plus sales and marketing data from Salesforce, Hubspot, and Google Analytics.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with department leads to guide data use.
