Key Responsibilities

•Own a system end-to-end. Define and deliver the technical roadmap for a multi-phase area, refining as it evolves and resolving cross-group dependencies before they become blockers.
•Prevent fires, not just fight them. Identify and resolve technical risks; drive urgency and own resolution within your domain during incidents.
•Proactively make the system better. Build tooling, libraries, and runbooks to eliminate operational pain and tech debt.
•Raise the bar. Set quality standards through code reviews and mentorship, elevating engineers around you.
•Ship reliably at scale. Roll out major features with monitoring, telemetry, and well-defined failure domains.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,000 - 220,000 annually
