Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone by building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Use consultative conversations to understand customer needs, recommend deposit and credit solutions, and refer more complex goals to internal specialists. Meet individual and branch sales targets, cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, adhere to risk and compliance requirements, and continuously strengthen sales and product knowledge through training.
