Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and prepare machines in the area of responsibility and complete setups within a reasonable time.
  • •Perform DTM responsibilities (lubrication, inspections) and fill in at the operator level as needed.
  • •Use ALERE ERP for production entry and scrap & lumber management, and use SAGE MRP for physical inventory and production tickets.
  • •Complete end-of-shift reporting (production results, scrap management) and maintain plant escalation and escalation follow-up.
  • •Assist maintenance during breakdowns and maintain organization (e.g., shadow boards and tool organization).

Key Requirements

  • •Fundamental technical knowledge of electronic sensors, pneumatics, HMI, and cycle-time optimization.
  • •Mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix machine issues.

  • •3+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, assembly, or industrial plant environment.
