Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the global salary survey participation programme, including the annual end-to-end survey operating model across central, regional, and country teams.
  • •Coordinate with survey vendors and Compensation teams to define submission requirements, resolve queries, and oversee submission standards and templates.
  • •Review and validate survey data, job matches, and submission files for completeness, consistency, and reasonableness; resolve issues and escalate risks or exceptions.
  • •Maintain accurate records, controls, reporting, and process guidance to provide visibility into progress, data quality, and outstanding actions.
  • •Support other global or regional compensation projects (including NA compensation sales plan updates) and identify continuous improvements using technology and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in compensation or rewards, including salary survey participation and job matching.
  • •Experience coordinating multi-country/global processes with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and data sources.
  • •Strong project and process-management skills, including managing dependencies and delivering to agreed standards.
  • •Sound understanding of compensation principles, including salary structures, market pricing, job evaluation, and data governance.
