Deliver end-to-end HR services and operational support for Kazakhstan, ensuring effective coordination of HR processes, employee benefits administration, and operational excellence. Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, mitigate HR operational risk, and promote best practices. Manage hire-to-retire activities under defined SLAs, maintain HR records and documentation, support employee lifecycle and disciplinary processes, and handle payroll-related data checks and month-end reporting.
