Job Summary

Lead store operations at ALO by coaching teams to drive profitability and efficiency. Own key execution areas including inventory management, shrink reduction, shipment/receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and floor set updates. Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager and other store leaders on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities. Also directly oversee Operations Associates through recruiting, development, and continuous performance feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
•Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
•Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Champion visual standards for the sales floor and maintain strong stockroom standards and processes.
•Partner with Operations & Visual leadership on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities; oversee Operations Associates through recruitment, development, and performance feedback.
