•Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and department heads to monitor and track CapEx projects across multiple business lines.
•Develop, implement, and oversee control procedures and forms to track and report capital expenditures.
•Maintain comprehensive records of CapEx projects, including project specifics, budgets, change orders, and key financial metrics.
•Collaborate with Property Management daily to manage changes, streamline process flow, and develop a tracking system for CapEx items.
•Understand and document processes within the CapEx workstream, including operational and financial controls.
