Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and department heads to monitor and track CapEx projects across multiple business lines.
  • •Develop, implement, and oversee control procedures and forms to track and report capital expenditures.
  • •Maintain comprehensive records of CapEx projects, including project specifics, budgets, change orders, and key financial metrics.
  • •Collaborate with Property Management daily to manage changes, streamline process flow, and develop a tracking system for CapEx items.
  • •Understand and document processes within the CapEx workstream, including operational and financial controls.
