Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global IT estate including SaaS portfolio, endpoint/device management, identity and access management, networking, collaboration platforms, and enterprise application systems.
  • •Lead global endpoint management and security controls, including hardened build standards, full-disk encryption, automated patching, and reporting on remediation by severity.
  • •Run identity infrastructure end to end (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management), including access provisioning by role, access reviews with audit evidence, and deprovisioning for joiner/mover/leaver events.
  • •Set and deliver employee support standards across regions with coverage model, escalation, and service experience accountability.
  • •Drive IT operations transformation for 2026 using AI and automation, including operating system refresh, AI tool inventory and controls, and managing AI spend.

Salary: USD 169,427 - 254,141 annually
