Job Summary

Analyse market trends and commercial performance to support strategic decisions, pricing, and supply chain planning. Build financial and commercial models, track contract performance via commercial KPIs, and identify cost optimisation and revenue growth opportunities. Support category, sourcing, and contracting strategies, supplier relationship management, and negotiations (including GFAs). Coordinate stakeholder engagement, ensure compliance and value creation, and help deliver inclusive procurement and sustainable value initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyse market trends, commercial performance, pricing, and supply chain data to inform strategic decisions.
•Develop financial and commercial models, monitor contract performance, and use commercial dashboard KPIs to address and escalate issues.
•Support category, sourcing, and contracting strategies, execute allocated sourcing and contracting activities, and provide support for negotiations and finalising GFAs.
•Manage supplier relationships and performance, create visibility for sourcing and contracts pipelines, and implement value opportunities while mitigating commercial risks.
•Support governance and compliance requirements for sourcing and contracting activities, including inclusive procurement and sustainable value through ESG/TCO initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or a relevant tertiary qualification with extensive practical experience in a similar context.
•Practical experience in a relevant field.
•Experience analysing market trends, commercial performance, pricing, and supply chain data to support business decisions.
•Experience developing financial and commercial models and monitoring contract performance to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
•Ability to communicate in English at an advanced level (verbal and written) and work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers in a virtual environment.
