Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with due diligence for new Community Development equity investments, including background research, industry reviews, and financial analysis.
  • •Prepare internal investment memos, exhibits, and supporting materials for approval processes, including coordination of diligence materials from partners and stakeholders.
  • •Support portfolio management and monitoring by organizing and tracking fund reporting documents and CRA monitoring data; maintain portfolio trackers and calendars.
  • •Analyze ongoing CRA qualification requirements and assist with processing capital calls and distributions and coordinating cash flow tracking.
