Deliver heavy equipment safely and efficiently from EquipmentShare’s rental facility, using real-time access to fleet locations, work orders, and delivery details. Operate your vehicle in compliance with state and federal transportation laws, transport loads on schedule, and manage loading/unloading with proper signals and equipment. Maintain invoices and shipping paperwork, handle documentation delivery, and perform routine truck service checks while coordinating maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
•Transport loads safely and timely over required routes while following traffic laws and safety regulations.
•Maneuver truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas and follow loading crew signals.
•Load/unload goods and materials, using specialized equipment when warranted, and return equipment to designated areas.
•Maintain signed invoices and shipping bills of lading and deliver required documentation when the delivery route is complete, plus perform routine service checks and report maintenance issues.

Key Requirements

•Hold a commercial driver’s license (Class A CDL) or chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle’s weight.

•Be at least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle.
•Lift and move up to 40 pounds and meet the role’s safety-sensitive physical requirements.
