Job Summary

Define and evolve the product vision and multi-year roadmap for a Unified Hybrid FinOps “ValueOps Financial Intelligence” platform. Drive AI-powered capabilities for cloud cost optimization, budgeting/forecasting, capacity planning, and autonomous recommendations using LLMs, AI agents, MCP, and RAG. Own end-to-end delivery across public/private cloud and VMware/VCF and collaborate with engineering, finance, cloud operations, and customer success on go-to-market and measurable KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and evolve the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the ValueOps Financial Intelligence platform, including positioning and value propositions.
•Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs, competitive insights, and business priorities into product strategy and execution plans.
•Drive AI-powered product innovation across cloud cost optimization, budgeting/forecasting, capacity planning, investment prioritization, analytics, and autonomous recommendations using LLMs/AI agents/RAG.
•Own unified hybrid FinOps capabilities spanning public and private cloud financial management, VMware/VCFOps, Kubernetes cost visibility, showback/chargeback, optimization, budgeting, forecasting, and dashboards.
•Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through general availability; define requirements/epics/user stories/success metrics and partner with Engineering and go-to-market teams to launch.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise software or SaaS.
•Experience building cloud-native enterprise platforms.
•Strong understanding of cloud technologies, software development, and Agile methodologies.
•Ability to translate customer requirements into successful products.
•Experience collaborating with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.
