Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage delivery of project milestones from inception to implementation for strategic, regulatory, mandatory, BAU, and streamlining initiatives, including portfolio conflict and delivery risk management.
  • •Engage stakeholders across the region and the S&CD organization to ensure business requirements are articulated, understood, tracked, and traceable.
  • •Log and monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests in Clarity to limit risk to deliverables and align to the project manager.
  • •Apply the HSBC Change Framework governance consistently across initiatives in the region, including working groups, reporting updates, and Confluence updates.
  • •Own site-level ISO migration planning and governance, harmonizing schedules with internal and external teams and coordinating operational readiness and weekly status updates.
