Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and hybrid on-premises environments.
  • •Provide advanced technical support for complex messaging and integration issues, including lead support on major projects.
  • •Configure and manage archiving, retention policies, journal rules, and eDiscovery/legal holds.
  • •Implement and manage security and compliance settings, including DLP engineering and email protection policies.
  • •Perform monitoring and reporting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and lead transition/KT activities for new environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • •At least 10 years of experience administering and supporting M365 workloads.
  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Security & Compliance.
  • •Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • •M365 or Azure certification is a plus.
