Job Summary

Join Lime’s Ottawa operations team to keep the shared electric vehicle fleet running smoothly—from warehouse intake to customer ride completion. You’ll hire and coach mechanics and fleet support staff, build safe and efficient warehouse processes, define and monitor KPIs for profitability and operational performance, and support incident management and regulatory/safety issues. Partner across Engineering, Product, and Government Relations to drive local initiatives and expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Hire, train, and coach mechanics and fleet support staff responsible for deploying and retrieving shared electric vehicles
•Build and maintain a safe, compliant, efficient warehouse environment for an operational fleet
•Define new warehouse processes and best practices to drive operational excellence
•Define and monitor KPIs for profitability, revenue, and operational performance in local markets
•Support complaint management, investigate customer incidents, and partner with Government Relations on legal, regulatory, and safety issues

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 62,000 - 69,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of professional work experience, ideally 1+ year in an Operations position
•Experience leading teams or groups
•Strong knowledge of the Ottawa, ON region and ability to anticipate operational needs or challenges
•Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with grit and an entrepreneurial mindset
•Fluent verbal and written English; familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets (Tableau & SQL knowledge is a plus)
