Key Responsibilities

  • •Receiving and put away CPE shipments and materials into assigned Bin/Row locations from a Primary Distribution Center (PDC) or manufacturer.
  • •Fulfill CPE and material orders to various boundary partners (Field Service Technicians, Installation Contractors, Solution Stores, 3rd Party Stores) and monitor inventory levels, restocking as needed.
  • •Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications and scanners to perform warehouse functions.
  • •Process CPE returns using WMS to prepare returns for shipment back to the PDC (sorting, boxing, labeling, shrink wrapping, and staging).
  • •Monitor and restock Quick Pick locations to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •Typically less than 2 years of related experience.
  • •Valid state driver’s license and ability to obtain Driver Qualification File.
  • •Basic computing skills (email, Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn warehouse inventory systems (CHAT, Oracle, ICOMS).
  • •Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, stretch wrap, forklift training) and lift 50–70 pounds.
