Triage and resolve application issues in a 24x6 support environment, collaborating with business users, QA, and developers on enhancements, testing, deployment, and documentation, while monitoring health and performance.

•Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Windows-based treasury applications.
•Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
•Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
•Analyze application issues and provide timely resolutions through collaboration with business users, QA, and developers.
•Participate in enhancements, testing, deployment, documentation, and monitor application health and performance (Nagios advantage).

Key Requirements

•Strong hands-on SQL experience, including query writing, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
•Good knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization.
•Experience with Windows-based application development and support.
