Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and deployment of Chip-to-Grid total systems, covering Gray Space and White Space solutions including transformers, power distribution, UPS, energy storage, batteries, and cooling systems.
  • •Translate electrical architecture into business metrics such as TCO, PUE, and IRR and act as a technical evangelist with C-level executives.
  • •Provide technical consultancy and pre-sales support focused on forward-looking technologies.
  • •Collaborate with POD teams and cross-division teams to define and build AI DC product portfolio.
  • •Represent the company in industry forums and keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and customer guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •15+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years specializing in data center infrastructure with deep expertise in electrical systems.
  • •Deep expertise in Chip-to-Grids total systems for data center power infrastructure (e.g., power skid, rack-level power systems, 380V/800V DC power systems, MVSST).
  • •Proven ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • •Excellent written and oral English communication skills with strong presentation ability.
