Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow the product development process using simulation software and testing equipment to ensure optimal system performance and deliver validated refrigeration system designs and air conditioning products.
  • •Create and optimize simulation models of systems and components to accurately reflect behavior and performance; conduct system performance analysis and propose improvements.
  • •Develop mathematical models that accurately represent unit control logic and support standardization and modular design of models.
  • •Improve the intelligence of the refrigeration system development process and develop automation tools to optimize design workflows.
  • •Continuously monitor industry and technological trends to enhance customer value.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree or above in Thermodynamics, Refrigeration, Cryogenic, Air Conditioning, heat transfer, or related fields.
  • •CET 6 (or equivalent) in English, with strong written and verbal communication in Chinese and English.
  • •Strong foundation in refrigeration principles.
  • •Extensive modeling and simulation experience using C++, Modelica, VBA, Python (or similar).
  • •Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit, able to coordinate with other departments.
Education:Master's in Thermodynamics, Refrigeration, Cryogenic, Air Conditioning, heat Transfer, or related fields
