Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead analytical workstreams supporting strategic initiatives, including performance metrics/projections, portfolio construction, capital allocation, balance sheet management, hedging/financing, and liquidity/distributions analysis.
  • •Support execution of the BREIT Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) program, including transaction coordination, structuring considerations, and collaboration with Private Wealth/distribution partners.
  • •Evaluate transaction- and portfolio-level considerations to inform investment decisions and strategic capital allocation.
  • •Partner with Private Wealth and Shareholder Relations on product development and capital formation, including preparing materials and participating in investor discussions or diligence calls.
  • •Coordinate across Real Estate platform functions (Acquisitions, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Finance) and prepare materials for special projects and quarterly Board meetings, while mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience in real estate investing, real estate fund management, or investment banking (preferred).
  • •Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record; Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics preferred.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high organization and attention to detail.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a collaborative, fast-changing environment while mentoring junior team members.
