Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and oversee planning for a fully digital-first marketing lifecycle, including strategy, member research, direct response, agency management, creative development, compliant execution, analytics, optimization, and performance management.
  • •Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to deepen relationships with existing members and drive acquisition of new members.
  • •Support marketing budget allocations across products and channels to deliver sustainable growth at efficient cost per account.
  • •Drive strategy for the digital acquisition experience and adoption of new ways of working, leveraging storytelling to drive understanding and adoption of change.
  • •Lead a team and ensure safe and sound business practices at scale, including risk identification, monitoring, and control in line with risk and compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of relevant work experience in financial services with hands-on experience in conversion channels.
  • •3 years of people leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams.
  • •Proficiency in product marketing, including developing marketing plans and performance reporting.
  • •Ability to analyze data and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to drive strategic goals.
