Job Summary

Own and improve end-to-end merchant integration experiences by reducing friction and increasing success rates. Track CSAT, SLAs, KPIs, and support metrics to build dashboards and data-backed reports, identify recurring issues, and perform quality audits on support case handling. Act as a subject matter expert for API integrations and troubleshooting, create knowledge base content, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to address root causes and grow self-serve resources for merchants.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and continuously improve the end-to-end merchant integration experience to reduce friction and improve success rates.
•Track and analyze CSAT, SLAs, KPIs, and support metrics, building reports/dashboards for team insights and discussions.
•Identify trends from support data and merchant interactions to uncover recurring issues and systemic gaps.
•Perform quality audits of support cases, ensuring high standards in troubleshooting, communication, and resolution.
•Provide feedback/coaching to engineers, act as a subject matter expert for API integration troubleshooting, and create/maintain knowledge base and integration documentation.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in integration engineering, technical support, or solutions engineering.
•Strong understanding of APIs and web technologies (REST, JSON, HTTP) with debugging tools.
•Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboards (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Google Looker).
•Ability to track and interpret CSAT, SLA, and operational KPIs to drive improvements.
•Experience with quality auditing, feedback mechanisms, and documentation/knowledge base creation.
