Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ORIR and LTI safety rates, use data to support root-cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventative actions to completion.
  • •Ensure every OSHA recordable is accurately documented, investigated thoroughly, and closed on time with Operations engagement.
  • •Support P&C to maintain safety training completion at or above 95%, including onboarding safety training before a new hire’s first shift.
  • •Conduct monthly safety audits, track open items to closure, and drive continuous improvement quarter-over-quarter.
  • •Manage emergency response readiness and workers’ compensation claims, including modified duty programs and timely reporting to reduce costs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of safety or EHS experience, ideally in a production, warehouse, distribution center, or e-fulfillment environment.
  • •Formal or extensive regulatory experience, including responsibility for managing safety logs, complaints, and onsite support.
  • •Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night or weekend shifts.
  • •Direct hands-on experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
  • •Proven ability to own and execute integrated safety programs independently without Safety Supervisor support.
