Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products.
  • •Ensure effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce quality products at minimum costs.
  • •Act as liaison with engineering for releasing new products.
  • •Develop and maintain systems for reports and record keeping of company products.
  • •Provide leadership to lower-level engineering managers and supervisors and develop/evaluate personnel to run the function efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related engineering field.
  • •5+ years of experience within a Semiconductor Fab.
  • •3 years of experience building, developing, and leading a high-performing engineering team.
  • •Ability to establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
