Key Responsibilities

•Leadership: Develop a deep understanding of the customer, its goals and challenges; lead account teams and foster collaboration between sales, delivery and management.
•Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor; build durable relationships at C-level and with key stakeholders; continuously nurture and evolve the relationship.
•Accountability: Own the full account lifecycle from sales development through service delivery to project execution.
•Strategic Growth: Develop and execute account plans and growth strategies; collaborate with account sales executives and specialty sales teams.
•Financial & Commercial Management: Full P&L responsibility including accurate revenue forecasting and cash flow management.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record in managing C-level stakeholders and driving long-term strategic relationships in a senior sales/account leadership role.
•Demonstrated leadership with the ability to lead cross-functional account teams (sales, delivery, management) and to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
•Strong commercial mindset with experience in end-to-end account management, including P&L responsibility and strategic growth planning.
•Experience in project/program delivery within customer environments, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive value.
•Deep understanding of business and technology topics within relevant industry sectors, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
